After we lost our beloved Calvin in 2024, the Ehrendreich family was so moved by the outpouring of support from our friends and family, many of whom donated to local pet shelters in his name.

That generosity has inspired us to create this foundation, through which we will continue giving to organizations which support and care for pets and animals and provide a central, organized way for anyone who wishes to do so in Calvin's name.

As anyone who knew him can attest, Calvin loved all the pets he had throughout his life and was always eager to take care of pets for others, whether that was for friends while they were out of town or as a job through services like Rover. By establishing and operating this foundation, we hope to honor and carry on his legacy and provide resources for pets in a way that we think he'd have approved of.

We'll use this website to provide updates on the work the foundation is doing and its operations.
